Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the picture. Sales are only done in person after a personal inspection on your side of the product you are about to buy.
How can I return an item?
Items are only sold after a personal inspection of the exact product you will be purchasing. As such, products cannot be returned and/or refunded.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Each jewelry piece we create is unique. As such, if an item is out of stock, we can create a similar one on request.
Where can I ship my order?
Orders can only be made in person after a personal inspection of the item you will be buying. You will receive your item when you pay for it after the viewing.
